Chris Porter is the founder and chief architect of The Keyport Group. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management, an MBA, and is pursuing his MRED and CCIM designation through Auburn University. A former active duty USMC Logistics Officer and current Marine Corps Reserve Major, Chris scaled his personal portfolio to $7.6M in AUM from 2022–2025 — beginning with owner-occupied single-family homes before moving into small multifamily and larger commercial assets. He leads the Chattanooga, TN market and oversees platform strategy, capital structure, and investor relations across all four Keyport verticals.

A local investor and operator since 2014, Keenan leads Keyport Realty’s Alaska operations with deep market relationships and a firsthand understanding of the Anchorage investment landscape. He is licensed under Real Broker Alaska and manages a personal portfolio of approximately $4.8M in AUM across the Anchorage market.
